As a Sales Associate, you will be an expert in delivering complete customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximise sales. You will have up-to-date product knowledge and minimise stock loss risks.
On the other hand, as a Senior Sales Associate, you will have the ability to showcase managerial traits and be able to deliver a more personalised shopping experience to customers by building rapport.
Whether youre a Senior or Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador representing it to its required standard.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
\[ A passion for customer service
\[ The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for long periods of time, and lift light to medium loads
\[ Basic IT skills. - English is a must
\[ Excellent people skills coupled with creativity, energy and enthusiasm
\[ Excellent communication skills
\[ The ability to achieve targets even if put under pressure.
