HR Executive:

 

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruitment and HR operations, updating HR policies and oversee hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in HR departments and thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with the company policies.
  • Design compensation and benefit packages – Insurance administration etc.
  • Implement and monitor performance review procedures.
  • Experience in managing employee Leaves, Loans, Air tickets & hotel bookings etc
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling and other HR compliance activities.
  • Employee onboarding and separation formalities.
  • Effectively maintain employee documentation and filing system.
  • Administer daily HR Operations



 

Payroll Administrator:


We are looking for an efficient payroll administrator to be responsible for all payroll processes. The payroll administrator's duties include the management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets/ attendance sheets, computing salaries, and ensuring employees are paid salaries on timely basis.


To be successful as a payroll administrator you should have strong numeracy skills and be able to multitask effectively. Ultimately, an outstanding payroll administrator should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing information and answering employee queries on payroll related matters.
  • Managing electronic attendance systems as well as manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Calculating payable hours, overtime, loans, reimbursements, miscellaneous additions and deductions.
  • Coordinate with multiple department heads.
  • Maintaining employee salary records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
