As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. You will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized so that it is easily accessible at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with collection and analysis of data from websites and various sources.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated information as required.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data
- Maintain files or records of activities and tasks
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
