Compliance Manager - Global Processing Services (GPS)

GPS is currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Compliance Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team. Key functions of the role will include working cross functionally across all business areas including legal, operations, product, and technology; driving projects to completion; developing strategies based on data; balancing business needs and building a great customer experience.


What you’ll do

  • Planning, preparation & management of compliance certifications and audit.
  • Ongoing auditing and reporting on the organization’s compliance
  • Collaborate across all business functions to create a culture of compliance.
  • Assist in planning & performance of risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
  • Assist external audits in consultation with business process owners and enterprise risk.
  • Support management with testing of controls independent of audit schedule.
  • Proactively researching to stay up to date with regulations and rules
  • Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
  • Implementing and documenting all policies and procedures
  • Identifying, analysing, and resolving compliance issues
  • Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisations.
  • Communicating regulations to internal and external parties
  • Communicating across stakeholders/departments to ensure alignment of goals
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert on all compliance-related matters
  • assist in gathering of internal information in response to regulatory request.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with appropriate parties
  • Developing procedures and workflows to meet compliance documentation standards
  • Review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Creating and executing any employee training documents or sessions
