About the Client:

A high end casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, serving Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha.

 

Job Role:

  • Coordinate pastry section team and report to under the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment
  • Create, prepare and decorate all pastry items according to the company standard and ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
  • Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
