Job Role:
- Coordinate pastry section team and report to under the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment
- Create, prepare and decorate all pastry items according to the company standard and ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
