Position Responsibilities:
· Maintain brand strategy, including the setting of style guides and brand guidelines.
· Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
· Competitor and customer insights analysis, in addition to brand positioning analysis, and consumer insights.
· Develop MENA annual Digital Marketing strategy for the region, responsible for brand PTO scores.
· Plan marketing Offline/ Online plans depending on campaign objective – this would include the full journey – briefing, creative, media planning, monitoring and post campaign evaluation.
· Activation of Platform sponsorship – create IMC
· Collaborate with e-commerce team to ensure consistent communications/messaging across all pages
· Understanding of consumer market insights – Utilize insights to develop engaging consumer communication
· Benchmark global best practices and find insights for the region if applicable
· Digital knowledge, able to identify trends and provide activities to tackle them
· Support local offices to develop digital plans and communicate & consult local markets on regional plans.
· Strong interpersonal skills to be able to manage people at different levels – Divisions, markets, HQ and Partners
· Set key KPIs and evaluate markets’ performance for regional campaigns, and local campaigns for flagship launches
· Good understanding of event management to oversee Major events such as product launches or regional events.
· Manage agency counterparts deliveries and keep project implementation on schedule and within scope & budget
· Able to produce reporting and content aligned to KPI's and facilitate the reporting and analysis activities
