Director Of Sales ( with his own car ) and (Master in business administration) Responsible for the Business Development for 20-25 Drivers teams ,Hired,Trained,Motivating and Managing 25 Sales People , Own and Hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts ,Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base ,build and maintain strong, Long-Lasting customer relationship ,understand category-specific landscapes and trends Dubai Real estate Market ,Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts ,maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards, Train the sale team on Achieving the sales goals, motivating them to get the target achieved , monitoring the team by conducting regular business meetings and discuss the future plans ,Actively involved in deal closures with the team ,coaching, motivating ad managing relationship managers to achieve desired sales results as an integral part of the role , Determining market trends and competitive analysis to formulate effective way forward, plan and direct the sales plan and development of real estate properties on behalf of investors , prepare and maintain financial statements , handle financial operations of the property, minimum 5 years’ experience encompasses all aspects of real estate
