Personal Assistant

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced receptionist /personal assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

·        Act as the first point of contact, Dealing with correspondence and answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls when necessary. 

·        Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for the CEO/Manager

·        Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

·        Organizing events and conferences, preparing meeting and training rooms.

·        Reminding the CEO/manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

·        Typing, compiling, preparing reports, presentations along with managing database and filing system.

·        Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

·        Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
