- Financial Management
- Payroll Management. Prepare payroll, obtain approval and process to bank.
- Office & Administration Management
- Developing, documenting and implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Preparation of management reports and actual against business plan & budget as required.
- Process accounts payable, obtain payment authorities, record & prepare for payment
- Action regular reconciliations of all bank accounts.
- Maintain the Asset Register
- Support preparation of Annual Audits & preparation of annual financial statements
- Petty Cash Handling, documentation of Cheques, etc
- Day to day tracking / coordination of all business related matters.
- Preparation of purchase orders, proforma invoices & invoices.
- Coordinating with the logistics and shipping agents to clear the shipments & ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Preparing documents for the bank transfers doing online transfers and payments.
- The reception & front office functions
- The physical infrastructure for the operations e.g. premises, equipment and assets.
- the administrative function e.g. records management, inwards & outwards mail, filings, purchasing, diary management, immigration and employment complete processing and follow-ups
- Involves in scheduling appointments with clients, having researched their business and requirements.
