OPERATIONAL
- Attend daily production meeting with production planning and manufacturing team as well as procurement.
- Ensure material receiving documents such as gate entry, GRN are processed on time within the ERP software to Finance.
- Ensure warehouse is operated in compliance with all local rules, applicable regulations, internal processes and policies.
- Maintain material hygiene by implementing / operating under 1 part 1 place system in the warehouse.
- Ensure traceability of all material and stored products in the warehouse by entering all relevant information timely and accurately in the applied ERP system.
- Prepare daily and other periodical warehouse relevant reports, such as daily stock report to place reorders, parts availability, long lead parts etc.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy (physical vs. system stock).
- Ensure required material is issued on time to production or other requesting department.
- Timely Implementation of Change – i.e. Material or Process
- Ensuring that all health, safety and environment, rules and regulations, internal policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Part of BOM Verification Team – Issuance of material as per BOM & variance to be reported to amended in system and in physical while coordinating with the team.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversees the responsibilities and duties of all staff in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the training and development of personnel in the team.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
