We’re looking for a confident and experienced Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to establish new business and increase company growth, whilst successfully managing the sales team.
A well-established and rapidly expanding business, New Evolution is a leading luxury interior design company; specialising in delivering high quality, intricately detailed and bespoke décor.
The right candidate will be self-motivated and results driven, with a determined approach to sales. They will be a key point of contact for our customers, clients and suppliers as well as mentor to the sales reps. The role will require them to proactively establish and develop positive business relationships. Must have the ability to generate and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Identify new markets
- Regular site visits and meeting with clients to monitor the progress of the project from sign up to handover
