Key Duties/Responsibilities
\[ To be recognised as an authority in the field, developing and maintaining an external profile as appropriate to the discipline
\[ To carry out the duties by maintaining scholarly activity and keep up to date with developments in the field
\[ To develop course content such as slides, speaker notes, course outlines, aims and learning outcome by researching published sources in the relevant field.
\[ Capable to handle online platforms so as to make the webinars more interesting and training the professionals in a way that learning becomes fun for them.
\[ To carry out the duties of the post in accordance with the Institute’s values and standards, upholding high professional standards and leading by example
\[ To provide world class education and create an excellent learning experience for the students
\[ To contribute to the development and achievement of Institute, faculty and school strategy within the context of an international, research-led institute
\[ Reply to student’s general and academic queries via the portal, email, Whatsapp, or online meeting (if required).
\[ Provide individualized qualitative feedback on student assignments.
\[ Coordinate with fellow lecturers and relevant departments in conducting training, webinars, preparing schedules, handling student’s records.
\[ To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
