Responsibilities:
- Oversee all receiving to ensure that goods entering the property are as per specification, of the right quantity, and without defects.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements in the department.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach, and train the department’s workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Ensure adherence to all warehousing regulations of the management.
