Female Sales Assistant required for a reputed shipping & freight forwarding firm. The Ideal Candidate:
-Preferably Pakistani or Indian.
-Experience in selling services will be preferred.
-Should be highly self-motivated, driven and focused.
-Should have strong interpersonal skills.
-Should have excellent communication skills.
-Should be well groomed with an attractive personality.
-Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
-Husband's or Father's sponsorship will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Engage prospective clients through leads provided by the company and help mature leads.
-Generate own leads and work them to maturity.
-Conduct meetings and presentations when and where necessary.
-Regularly following up with existing clients in order to understand their level of satisfaction.
-Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
-Assisting clients with quotes for their inquiries once a lead matures.
-Handle a part of operations where necessary for training purposes.
Benefits:
-Salary TBD based on expertise.
-Plus 10% Commission on company leads if helped to maturity (Whereas industry standards are 2 to 3%).
-Plus 25% Commission on own leads if worked to maturity (whereas industry standards are 8 to 10%).
-Commission is recurring as long as the client keeps working with Us.
-A motivated individual can start earning as high as AED 5000 as commission within the first six months of joining.
-Visa or labor card expenses handled by company.
