Job Role:
Meet and exceed all pre-defined sales targets and KPIs within the set timeframes
Promote and upsell all company services, instruments and products and cross-selling services and products when appropriate
Receive sales inquiries / makes sales calls
Generate leads from social media
Maintain a deep understanding of all services, products, pricing, policies etc.
Ensure quality product knowledge is provided to the customer
Generate monthly business development reports and present to the senior leadership team
Maintain security and confidentiality of client information
