Business Analyst - Imdad

The business analyst will play a key role that contributes to imdad’s digital transformation strategy that aims to deliver innovative services to clients, empower employees work smarter and increase business efficiency.


The business analyst should collaborate efficiently between business and technology teams and leverage the right skills and experience to convert ideas into solutions that solve problems, create opportunities, and bring real value to our users.


 


Job Responsibilities:



  1. Elicitation:

    • Meet with project stakeholders to define project scope, vision, and objectives.

    • Elicit requirements and ideas using visually collaboration tools.

    • Develop business requirements and RFI documents.


  2. Analysis:

    • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, conformity to standards and alignment with objectives.

    • Analyze data to generate insights for process and business improvements.


  3. Researching:

    • Research and analyze technologies and products that fit business objectives.

    • Improve ways of monitoring, discover issues, and deliver more value to stakeholders.

    • Staying current with the latest technologies.


  4. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with business executives independently and efficiently.

    • Conduct workshops and presentations to discuss ideas, findings and share solutions.


  5. Documentation:

    • Convert conceptual requirements into clear functional specifications that is comprehensible by developers/project team.

    • Write user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Manage product backlog and reflect the right priorities for business.

    • Create how-to user guide, training videos and knowledge articles.


  6. Testing:

    • Develop test scripts and scenarios.

    • Validate solutions against requirements and perform QA activities.

    • Empower business users executing user acceptance testing.


  7. Training: deliver training to business users online and face-to-face.
  8. Support: Act as a first line support for issues and escalate to other teams when required.
