souKare.com is a Dubai-based online healthcare start-up, aiming to re-define healthcare convenience in the region. We provide a 90-minute delivery service in Dubai and next day delivery across the UAE. We offer all health and wellness products with the goal to make shopping for, consuming and re-ordering health products as easy as possible. We are rapidly growing in the UAE and expanding in Saudi Arabia.


Job Description

This role will entail the following responsibilities:

  • Email/ Call Management – Handling incoming emails or calls from customers addressing their requests, providing information about souKare’s products/ services, and administering complaints with the goal to recommend an effective solution within the required time frame.
  • Customer Management – Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, generate sales lead, confirm or cancel orders and deliveries via phone or email.
  • Corresponding with Operations team - To liaise with customers regarding any issues with their order - i.e. items not available, missing details, shipment status etc.
  • KPI Management - Preparing reports pertaining to daily sales, backlog management and stock availability to communicate with the senior management.
