Job Role:
Prepare cakes for decorating by liaising with clients about the design, flavor and theme
Ensure that the appearance of the cake matches the client's brief
Decorate regular baking items according to established bakery standards
Assist baking staff with the production of standard bakery items
Take of inventory of baking and decorating supplies and ordering new stock as required
