- Attending phone calls and message/email requests

- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.

-Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.

-Arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings.

-Other duties that may be requested by the manager/CEO 


 Requirements:


-High School Diploma -Bachelors Degree

-1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
