The tenant and Customer Relations Manager is the 2nd in Charge to the Senior Centre Manager. They should be viewed as a potential future SCM. They provide day to day leadership to the tenant relations and customer service teams, ensuring that the team delivers operational excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Centre Manager with delivery of Operational Excellence
- Work closely with retailers to ensure that all opportunities, complaints, issues, and operational challenges are addressed in a timely manner to achieve the customer satisfaction in line with the corporate objectives.
- Own the retailer communication at a local level
- Work closely with retailers to ensure that they maximise sales and revenue opportunities
- Ensure that the Tenant Relations team is executing the require processes, data capture, record keeping and data bases to maintain tenant compliance.
- Own the customer experience at a centre level
- Provide coaching and management to the customer service team (and also the service providers) to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
- Work closely with the SCM to identify and maximise new management income opportunities
- Be the key liaison with STR team to ensure the delivery of exciting, relevant, and well executed kiosks, activations and short-term promotions.
- Prepare recommendations to SCM regarding the tenants, customer and mall requirements.
