Key Account Developer (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain) - Fine Hygienic Paper

Role Purpose:

Responsible for FINE Solutions product sales through direct sales and channel expansion. The job holder is required to be an outgoing sales practitioner capable of opening new businesses in various market segments, manage a comprehensive Product Portfolio and deliver sales results against set sales targets.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Following up on all customers and conduct regular visits to ensure satisfying their needs and handling their requirements. Pursuing new businesses and demonstrate product portfolio to potential clients.
  • Conducting sales visits and or sales calls (telesales) as instructed by his direct supervisor in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Satisfying all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships converts into retained customers and growth in market share.
  • Achieving the sales targets and plans in relation to soliciting and establishing supply agreements with potential customers in line with own department strategy and plans.
  • Building close relationships with potential and new customers to ensure satisfying needs and expectations.
  • Handling customer complaints in efficient and professional manner within FINE Solutions policies and systems.
  • Coordinating with own manager to measure and analyze customer satisfaction and implement necessary actions required.
