As the Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for managing the full customer experience. This may include communication through multiple channels from customers, managing complaints, coordinating drivers and ensuring a high standard from Customer Service and Drivers. It is important to have a holistic view of the business to ensure company continues to grow and our standards are exceeded.
Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
· Delegate tasks for timely completion
· Coordinate shop activities each day focus on Orders and Customer Service
· Provide high standard of customer service including. managing queries, orders, complaints; follow up and prioritizing high value orders/key customers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
· Monitor and Drive accuracy of Invoice Printing
· Drive work performance across your team
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management that are within your remit
Working Days
6 days per week (1 day off per week to be taken in the week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) It is critical for candidates to be available to work on Friday and Saturday each week and be flexible with days off as they may be subject to change.
Duty timing
Shift Pattern of Customer Service team covers 7am - 9pm daily, you will be required to ensure scheduling and continuous customer support during these timings.
