The hiring company is a prominent business setup consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region.
Job Role:
Reporting to Operations Manager
Responsible for overall process of all immigration transactions, reports, and other important documents online, and operations of OnBase system
Responsible for employment contract and visa typing application
Follow timeline and releasing visas (Manual and OnBase)
Follow up with concierge team for merging UID numbers
Coordinate with Ops Manager for any issue related to E-Channel system – OnBase or Immigration transactions
