Job Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director
Managing and motivating distributors across the UAE including sell in, sell out, stock and sales team within the distributor
Enhancing existing RTM and opening new channels across the UAE
Managing the distributor by ensuring that in store activities are being executed according to brand guidelines and Marketing / Promo Marketing calendar
Advising the Distributor Trade marketing teams on developing NPDs across the UAE
Developing and tracking Analysis related to the brand, business, and customers
Having Modern and Traditional trade experience in distribution
Having dealt and managed distributors
