Job Role:
Ensure all cake products meet the standards of quality and excellence
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout daily work
Perform freehand decorating using decoration kits and tools to prepare a variety of high-quality baked items
Responsible for the creation and/or supervision of case cakes and custom cookies/cupcakes for holidays
Attend wedding consultations, take customized cake orders, and assist with deliveries, if needed
