We’re looking for an imaginative and creative thinker who is excited about the ever-evolving world of social media. This role is a unique opportunity to join our collaborative team as a Shoot Assistant, and work with us on shoots creating content for clients across various industries. You will have a good eye for detail and great organisational skills.
- Organising and booking all crew required for each shoot
- Organising and booking any requirements for shoots including props, models, camera / lighting equipment, transport, catering
- Permit applications
- Talking with location managers to book shoot locations
- Collecting invoices from all suppliers
- Recording all job expenses
- Shoot location finding and location visits
- Managing casting calls and posting on various websites
- Organising with models wardrobe, availability and shoot timings
- Creating call sheets
- Story content for instagram during each shoot
