Security Solution Sales Manager for a leading Canadian based multi-cloud solutions expert company in Dubai. Candidates MUST HAVE proven enterprise sales and business development experience preferably within the Security solutions industry managing solutions like CCTV/ Video compression, ICT/ Managed Service and Hosting arena datacenter, SAAS, Cloud computing, Extensive commercial experience in new sales environment enabling value / solutions service selling within the IT Infrastructure Services / Outsourcing Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Manager is to lead, drive, manage, and develop business of Solution Sales as well as consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals.
This is accomplished by utilizing management skills, relevant processes, and achievement of all sales and quality targets in line with the business objectives.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS –
- Arabic speaking candidate required and should have database of government entities and large corporate for acquiring video compression business.
- Stay current with changes and developments in the communications industry.This includes gathering competitive information on products and services, and
- this information with the product development, marketing, customer
- Responsible for the initial configuration of all regulated and deregulated product services, which may require written proposals or product demonstrations.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required
- Champion client’s agreement to purchase through order, design, and implementation phases
- Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues
- Participates in regular business review meetings or forecast calls
- Provides feedback to Management on engagement level with Solution Sales
- Drives and coordinates with management to develop pipeline, revenue, and demand management
- Candidate to be based in Dubai and covering the GCC region for the business
