You will be working as a electrical technician and will be a part of middle east market business based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will join the installation, maintenance and operation of automated parking system in Dubai, keeping it running in a robust condition. You need to be eager to learn about the new knowledge about automated parking system. Also it needs to base on your experience, skills, and capabilities. Responsibilities As a electrical technician, you will join the installation of automated parking system, assist the work of head installation engineer, doing the works of installation, commissioning, lead the other workers until completion. After installation, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks, operating of automated parking system. Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (call-out ETA, job performed, etc) Responsible for accurate and real time back reporting of work performed (at the equipment level) Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance instructions and safety instructions.Requirements Engineering Background in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent Good verbal and written English communication skills Candidate with fluent English and Chinese speaking will be given preference Candidates with both mechanical and electrical installation/maintenance working experiences in automated parking system will be the right candidate for this position Minimum 2 years solid Preventive Installation/Maintenance experience with a reputed Automated parking/elevator/Automation Lifting company is a must.
