Administrative Coordinator (Arabic Nationality Only)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The ideal candidate will perform skilled clerical work, and provide general secretarial support to department administrators.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email.
• Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.
• Compose letters, memos and emails.
• Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Prepare speeches & presentations for management as required.
• Develop PR & Communication strategy for media, press relations, public relations and digital.
• Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
• Deal with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 2+years of relevant experience in secretarial/ administration or public relation & communication work.
• Require Education Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
• Good communication in Arabic and English Speaking and Writing Skills.
• Presentable and Well organised.
• Knowledge of ERP will be added advantage.
