Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for expense accounting, accurate examination for all receipts, settlements and figures.
· Responsible for monthly accounting.
· Responsible for the cash flow and turn over update.
· Responsible for the reimbursement of the expense from all the departments.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement to ensure the accuracy of the figures, calculation, tally, explanations. All the financial statements should be delivered promptly.
· Assist the Director/Dept Head in coordinating with other departments/offices of the company and actively accomplish the temporary affairs by the superior.
