Senior Procurement Officer, AED 10-12,000 per month, Fujairah - Sapphire Recruitment Consultants

Our client is looking for an experienced (at least 5 years’ experience)

Procurement Officer who has worked for a holding company or group of

companies where you will have experience of multi-industries procurement.

Experience within the UAE is essential.

Description:

 Work closely with Management to set Procurement Strategy;

 Establish mechanism for Marker Researcher and Analysis to limit

potential suppliers;

 Review and analyze all suppliers, supply, and price options;

 Research for and evaluate prospective suppliers;

 Responsible for Quotation Analysis to ensure that, the products are high

quality and casts are effective;

 Participate in Negotiation & Selection;

 Send bidding invitation and communicate the same with pre-approved

suppliers;

 Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts;

 Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and

procedures;

 Maintain proper files for documenting all the process of purchasing

transactions;

 Estimate and establish cost parameters and plan for purchases;

 Maintain good business relationships with suppliers to assure cost,

quality, and delivery targets are met;

 Manage Contracts and involve in all steps of contract creating,

reviewing, and finalizing;

 Establish process for Delivery Management to suggest any

improvements;

 Maintain and update the master data of suppliers in the ERP;

 Maintain and updating the master data of predefined items in the ERP;

 Set mechanism to Evaluate vendors (technical & financial evaluation);

 Set mechanism for vendors approval to ensure that the suppliers are

high committed and having a good reputation;

 Enter the master data of the new approved supplier and items;

 Prepare the requests for quotations;

 Initiate LPO, and following the plans for the purchase of items,

equipment, services, and supplies;
