Sales Manager

Develop sales strategies and actively lead the sales process to close new school and corporate partnerships to achieve set revenue targets

Liaise with potential and existing clients

Plan and coordinate all events, ensuring that occupancy and profitability of both venues are maximized while at the same time exceeding customers’ expectations

Promote golf related events such as golf team building and corporate golf days

Assist with the development of marketing, social media and resource centralization strategies

Develop and adapt new or existing systems and processes for monitoring and evaluating initiatives

Develop a range of partnerships with organizations and initiatives focusing on Tee It Up, School development, Top Golf and Young Professionals’ Academy Program

Coordinate, deliver and promote relevant activities and events within specific schools, communities and targeted groups

Evaluate and monitor activities and projects using key performance indicators

Respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time
