1) Create and monitor the campaigns on social media.
2) Increase the following on social media.
3) Respond to customer queries. 90% response rate on weekdays, 70% on weekends.
4) Setting up of locations on Google Maps.
5) Digital advertising
6) Website development
7) Liaise with content creator and Graphic Designer for the content.
8) Scheduling the content.
9) Generating monthly reports on post performances or campaigns.

11) Develop calendar content for 3 brands Fabyland, Xtreme Zone and Xtreme Land. The calendars needs to be location specific; 5 Fabyland locations, 4 Xtreme Zone and 1 Xtreme Land location.
Usually we have 16-20 posts per brand per month.
12) Study market on special days, dates or events.
13) Co-ordination with team to post content from bloggers, malls team, 3rd parties etc.
14) Should be updated with current affairs and how they can be applied to the brands.
15) Should develop ideas which can be implemented.
16) Offline and online activations.
