- Supporting Product Owner and Journey lead to coordinate testing
- Prepare test cases and capture test results in Excel and Azure DevOps
- Organize UAT Sessions with Business users / Relationship Managers
- Document and track action items, feedbacks, issues and risks
- Work with PO to identify and define key milestones of the UAT
- Track tasks for project and follow up with internal teams in terms of tracking
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with support from Tech Project
Manager
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports in centralized location
- Support QA / Tech Test Manager to ensure coordination between Squads & technology
during SIT and UAT respectively
- Working along Tech QA Manager to track test management activities in Azure DevOps
- Ensure release adherence during go-live
- Coordinate action closures and work with program teams to resolve the roadblocks of
testing
- Weekly/monthly testing dashboard / metrics and reporting
