A leading pharmacy retail in the UAE for more than 4 decades
Job Role:
Contact health care providers and customers by telephone to verify missing medical information on certain checkups, lab paper works etc.
Update database with insurance services results as needed for proper medical documentation
Review all medical notes on services offered to ensure deadlines are met
Process Approved Insurance coverage based on cases and contracts agreed with clientele
