Job Purpose
- To carry out/supervise all joinery/carpentry work related with commercial, residential premises.
- Site inspection and monitoring of the related works in terms of quality and technical specs.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the ID section.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence related to ID section.
- Carry out all type of joinery/carpentry works such as gypsum, false ceiling, furniture relocation of furniture, doors, windows iron mongers and repair works.
- Coordinate with the service provide for related works.
- Accountable to maintain the quality for the related works.
- Fully aware and capable in using the tools required in the related works.
- To attend the complaint related with the maintenance and complete as scheduled.
- Follow up the duties and responsibilities as assigned by the in charge.
- To be available on emergency situations.
- Adhere to all policies and procedure as set by the dept.
- Should be a good team player and maintain the good relation with the stake holder
