  1. Conduct product costing, market research, pricing and delivery negotiations and consult designers and/or developers on the demands and requirements of the customers.
  2. Ensure that any changes or modifications to the product reflects the vendor’s brand and identify industry or seasonal trends.
  3. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients and understand their longer-term requirements.
  4. Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  5. Supervise the account teams assigned to each client.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with all Company departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
  7. Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and internal stakeholders.
  8. Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and prepare solutions.
  9. Negotiate contracts with clients and agree deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s mid and long-term goals.
