SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on qualifications and experiences

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationals
Male/Female, 28-38 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Holder of a master’s degree qualification
ACAMS certification from either UK/US/ Germany or France or equivalent is a must
At least 5 years of UAE experience as a Compliance Manager
Strong experience in compliance, organization, regulations, administration, customer, diligence, internal, filing, etc.
Extensive full knowledge of AML laws and regulation, and on Economic Substance Regulation procedures
Must be a self-starter, motivated and dynamic, capable of attention to detail and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive compliance data
Fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting the operations of the Compliance Department, including planning and coordinating
departmental initiatives, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices
Report back to Direct Manager or General Manager on current risk and compliance performance
Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
Compile and validate the ES notifications/reports
Assist the clients with their enquiries related to ESR
Generates reports
