- Responsible for the design and liaison with all required authorities and site supervision.
- Reviews contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Perform geotechnical analysis and studies to assess construction site condition.
- Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration effectively.
- Ensures the timely completion of the projects with high quality of deliverables.
- Utilizes all elements of the Project Management Process to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities.
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required deliverables.
- Ensures incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
- Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
- Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
Requirements:
- Strong geotechnical experience.
- Civil Engineering Degree is required.
- Total work experience must be a minimum of 10 years.
- UAE work experience must be a minimum of 5 years.
- Work experience with consultancies must be a minimum of 3 years.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
- Prior Musanada experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
