Responsible for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system from Hard & soft services Perspective. In conjunction with Management, carry out quality and performance checks and reviews in premises administered.
The purpose of this role is to assist the FM function in the monitoring, planning and scheduling of both the PPM and reactive workloads for both in-house staff and Contractors. The post holder will have specific responsibilities for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, He will be a natural problem solver employing tact and diplomacy to ensure timely and complete solutions whilst managing many stakeholders.
Will be responsible for an operational expense budget worth 1,000,000 AED
Will be responsible for the below activities:
Management
· Specific Responsibilities
Workload Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling
Asset Management & Technical
Ensure all elements of asset data are maintained and that the relevant maintenance plans are applied to assets as defined by the asset List
Quality & Performance
In conjunction with management, prepare randomly selected lists of reactive and PPM work for the purpose of quality checks and carries out physical quality checks, and document findings, taking corrective actions as required.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
To assist in identifying the systems’ training needs and requirements of users and the provision of this through both formal and informal training, liaising with external expert providers as appropriate.
