- Effective participation in the management of the institutional system, for the application of studies measuring public opinion, by conducting studies that reveal the satisfaction and the needs and expectations of the concerned / relevant groups
- Participate in the development and application of principles and criteria, for the implementation of the mechanism studies measuring public opinion at the district level
- Participate in the preparation of operational work plans and the annual budget for studies measuring public opinion and the needs and expectations of the concerned / interested groups at the district level
- Participate in the development of the general plan for research, studies and projects, related to the measurement and identification of the expectations of the concerned / interested groups at the district level
- Participate in the preparation and development of studies on Palmnion / categories concerned, in cooperation with the relevant organizational units, and based on best practices and international standards

- Participate in the preparation and design of instrumentation for studies that measure satisfaction, determine needs and opinion polls at the district level
- Analyze information and data obtained from studies carried out internally and the support in the preparation of related reports
- Participate in providing data and information supporting the decisions of officials of the criteria (2, 6.1, 7.1, and 8.1) standards of the Dubai Government Excellence
- Participate in providing data for comparisons of standard measures of public opinion in support of standards (6.1, 7.1, and 8.1) of the Dubai Government Excellence
- Coordinate with the concerned organizational units, to develop corrective and preventive actions based on the results of field surveys, studies, and contribute in raising the level of performance, and meet the expectations and needs of the concerned / relevant groups
- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by the organizational units concerned, by managing the relationship with the categories included in the study regularly
- Document all the results of studies and research projects to measure satisfaction and identify the needs and expectations of dealers at the district level
- Provide support and assistance to organizational units involved in the Chamber, with regard to the preparation, development and modernization plans, studies and work programs
- Participate in the preparation of studies and research on the development and modernization of the institutional and operational plans of the organizational units concerned, and determine their compatibility with the orientation of the Service and develop appropriate solutions to address the problems and obstacles in the application processes
- Participate in the implementation of the organization proposals and workshops and training programs for statistical analysis and explain the application of international standards in the studies, in coordination with the Department of Personnel and the organizational units concerned
- Participate in the development plans, for the implementation of plans of the concerned organizational units that fall within the responsibility of the research team and document the plans, in order to facilitate reference
- Make arrangements to participate in committees and conferences of the internal and external work-related areas as mandated by the direct administrator and monitor the implementation of resolutions adopted
- Prepare periodic reports on the work and activities that are supported by complete data and statistics, showing the obstacles and difficulties encountered and proposals to overcome them and submit them to the Director of Strategy in a timely manner
