We are looking who have hands on experience in Postilion for the Production Support role
Exp: 5+ years
Work Location: Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: 12 months Contract and Extendable
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of expereince in IT and should have minimum 2 years in Postilion
- Experience in production support project (Mandatory)
- Incident management / Problem Management
- Lead incident resolution activities and ability to work with multiple vendors
- Provide production support service to Postilion (Mandatory) and Falcon application
- Excellent communication skills (Oral / written)
- Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and provide technical solutions for specific production issues
- Able to lead a team(Minimum 5 members)
- Understanding on POS/Acquiring systems
