- Analyze Marketing Communication needs and opportunities in line with Dubai Customs business strategy, branding objectives and marketing communications trends in consideration of target groups' needs and behaviors
- Plan innovative marketing communication activities with defined KPIs that will enhance the image of Dubai Customs in GCC and MENA and will contribute to establishing Dubai as the Middle Eastern hub of Commerce and Industry
- Plan, conceptualize and publish Dubai Customs Magazines and benchmark the product with like Customs Organizations
- Provide strategic support to the Director in translating departmental plans into operational plans and ensuring that sections have uniformity and consistency in implementing the same
- Providing strategic support to Section Managers in developing and implementing the annual plans
- Provide opinions to support the departmental and sectional managers in the continuous improvement initiatives of the department
- Analyze the quality of Communications products and ensure they match with best practices
- Analyze the KPI’s of the department and provide management reports and maintain the information base for the department
- To ensure that all project undertaken by the department align themselves with the departmental objectives by developing policies, procedures that would ensure that all
- Communications Department products incorporate high ethical standards and meet with international best practices
- Develop, monitor and enhance the official Dubai Customs Communications methodology.
- Work with Executive Directors, Directors, and Senior Managers to define all coomunication initatives for the organization on a yearly basis
- Assess and analyze the magnitude and impact of the Communications initiatives on the different internal & external stakeholders
