Supply Chain Invoicing Coordinator

Support in the efficient flow of business by ensuring that invoices are prepared accurately and issued to customers in time every time. Key responsibilities include:


  • Follow-up on daily basis the execution of jobs for transports, FOB and Warehousing activities in direct relation with the various operational team and the various commercial team in Southern Africa. Constant communication,

  • Verify and ensure that the requirements for invoicing are met : job finalized and completed

  • Checking of Job Invoicing price against quotations and rate agreed.  Liaise with relevant internal teams to verify job pricing and close on any discrepancies which could delay invoicing,

  • Prepare customer invoices using ERP and provide invoices to Commercial team to directly to customers,

  • Ensure proper record keeping for efficient query/dispute management,

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on invoicing performance for management review,

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on credit note issued with relevant supporting documentation and explanation,

  • Handling of invoicing query escalations, liaise with Head of Operation / Finance in case of any discrepancy,

  • Close liaising with contracts team to ensure up to date on contract updates and rate changes,

  • Act as the company's internal SME on all invoicing related matters
