JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist Sales Support Engineer and Sales Team
2. Make offers in Excel & ERP system
3. To follow up on order execution with Package Handlers, Stores, Logistics
4. To coordinate for customs clearance of consignment with Logistics Team
5. Follow up with customer for order finalization.
6. Follow up with concerned departments for on-time delivery
7. To compile & track customer orders status
8. To follow up on payments with the customers
9. To search for new customers online & get MPI registered as an approved supplier
10. Compiling & keeping track of Sales Team KPIs.
11. Taking care of customer requirements in the absence of Sales Engineer / Manager
