Medical Recruiter

Recruitment:


·         Review applications, interview and assess candidates and shortlist candidates for interview according to the employer’s expressed criteria


·         Create & place job adverts for open vacancies


·         Screen, shortlist and analyze CVs according to client required qualifications


·         Conduct preliminary and phone interviews


·         Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews


·         Update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to personal rules.


·         Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.


·         Negotiate salaries and contracts for candidates


·         Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.


·         Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.


·         Headhunt the candidates for challenging requirement


 


Business Development:


·         Talk to the existing client often & generate business to the company


·         Administration of recruitment contracts with clients and vendors


·         Attend meetings at the client place.


·         Manage the recruitment get the work done on the given time


·         Talk to the candidates & follow up with them regularly till the candidates join the organization


·         Preparing of Invoices


·         Follow up on the payments
