- He will be entrusted to build and maintain a good business relationship to our existing/current, and new customers.
- This position is responsible for providing customer support through the order management phase. Basic duties include customer management, order processing, and understanding,commercial terms of order, return material transactions, order expediting / status updates, and maintaining current and accurate filing systems.
- Negotiate lead-times by working with cross-functional departments on orders and deliveries in accordance with operational capacity and customer expectations.
