Job Description:
Commercial contracts, UAE Laws in general, contracts management (end to end).
Ability to draft contracts independently, exposure on taking minutes for legal meetings.
Key Responsibility Area:
To assist in handling contracts, co-ordinate with different teams to complete the review of contracts, drafting of bespoke agreements, providing inputs on contractual clauses.
