• Maintaining Employee records for documentation both hardcopy and softcopy.
• Update Employee database (newly hire, vacation, sick leave, resignation, change job designation, promotion, and termination)
• Process employee’s request such as sick/emergency/annual vacation leave approval and air ticket approval.
• Assist the PRO for documents needed for Visa processing
• Process monthly salary through WPS as per UAE laws
• Prepare Monthly Salary, Bonuses, Benefits and End settlement
• Pay-reviews and job grading exercises
• Provide strategic advice and support on selection for senior executives (C – level management team)
• Ensure HR policies are fit for purpose and take account of relevant legislation in our areas of operation
• Performance management and training
• Data analysis and reporting
