• Have minimum 10 years in the capacity of working as a cricket academy manager running a cricket academy
• Have hands on experience in managing coaches, academy staff, facilities and running academy programs
• Assessing students efficiency and drafting training programs
• Spread awareness about Cricket within the community, conduct summer coaching
• Ensuring top quality coaching is delivered and the expectations of the students are met.
• Ensure proper engagement of students with coaches with proper grievance redressal systems in place. Organizing specialized Cricket Coaching Camp. Inviting top Cricket stars, role models to the Academy to motivate students. Arranging sports counseling programs to encourage parents recruit their children.
• Arranging practice matches for players between local clubs/School/associations
• Ensuring the classes are held on time with proper performance tracking in place for the students and coaches. Evaluating weaknesses and strength of players to mark areas of focus
• Innovating with new ways to grow the academy to become the best in the region
• Providing management reports about the academy in terms of collections, costs, student count etc. on periodic basis as set by the management
• Overall responsible for attracting students, increasing student count and marketing the academy
• Achieving KPI's for academy in terms of operational and financial standards
• Keeping checks that the students who have finished the academy coaching are upgraded to professional standards in cricketing skills.
